■Purpose of fundraising
Flying cars (eVTOL*) are being developed around the world as next-generation mobility.
With the aim of providing services for safe and secure navigation and use of flying cars, we are developing infrastructure platforms such as the AirNavi navigation system and IVport vertical port system, as well as supporting overseas flying car manufacturers to enter the Japan market. In addition, we are building an import and sales platform for flying cars together with our business partners.
The funds raised this time will be used to strengthen our financial base, accelerate the development and construction of infrastructure platforms, and further strengthen our organizational structure to promote commercialization toward the realization of a “flying car” society.
Through collaboration with Meiji Sangyo, which has a network of parts distribution and maintenance shops cultivated over many years in the automotive parts industry, we will accelerate the promotion of commercialization.

*: eVTOL (Electrical Vertical Take-Off and Landing), also known as an electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft.
